1. Completely Satisfied

(a) If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided by Heartfelt Cremation for your funeral, Heartfelt Cremation will refund you the professional fees you have paid for those services. However:

  • (i) the refund only applies to at-need funerals or a funeral needed now;
  • (ii) the refund only applies in relation to the professional fees charged by Heartfelt Cremation and does not apply to any third party costs;
  • (iii) the refund only applies where you have notified Heartfelt Cremation that you are not completely satisfied, providing a copy of the paid invoice with date stamp within 30 days of the date of the funeral. The Completely Satisfied arrangement does not apply to reasons outside Heartfelt Cremation’s reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather or any other force majeure event.

(b) If you wish to make a claim under this arrangement please contact Heartfelt Cremation using the contact details below. You will need to provide to Heartfelt Cremation a copy of your invoice from Heartfelt Cremation for the professional fees.

(c) Costs incurred by you in making a claim under this Completely Satisfied arrangement (such as postal or telephone costs) are at your expense.

(d) The Completely Satisfied arrangement only applies to at-need funerals occurring during the period on which these terms and conditions are available on the webpage

(e) The benefits conferred by this Completely Satisfied arrangement are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the services which a consumer has at law. This Completely Satisfied arrangement relates to Heartfelt Cremation’s services only. However, in the event Heartfelt Cremation has provided you with goods the following statement applies: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
